Burlesque Workout

This class is all about staying in motion! We'll work on basic burlesque movements and choreography, learn how to use boas and other props, and help you bring out your inner bombshell! No previous performance or dance experienced required! Preregistration is required for this class and can be completed on this page.

Please wear comfortable and fitted workout attire. Heels are optional but suggested.

Interested in one-on-one lessons or help with an act in progress? Adèle can help you refine your choreography, costume, and the details of your act! Get feedback from a performer AND a producer's standpoint! Sessions are also available via Skype for those who don't live in the Oklahoma City area.

Have you always wanted to perform but aren't sure where to begin? We cover everything from basic moves, burlesque history, stage hair/makeup and more! Intermediate Burlesque

Prerequisite: Burlesque Basics
This course is for students that have graduated from Burlesque Basics. We will focus on mastering the elements of the tease, and refining performance techniques. There will be the option to participate in a student showcase after graduation of this course.
